Join the Juicy Wise Women on Zoom, Sunday evenings from 7:00 - 7:30 (Eastern Time) for gently guided meditation inspired by the Tibetan Buddhist practice of "Tonglen" (sending and receiving.) Dee Gold will begin the practice by guiding us through a body focused meditation for centering. She will then give gentle instruction on how to engage in the practice of connecting with suffering, ours, our loved one's, our neighbors', and eventually that of all sentient beings the world over. The purpose and outcome of this meditation is to develop and expand our capacity for loving kindness.
